Club 5 Results - 28/08/2024

As the club season nears its end as the evenings draw in, a strong field of 13 took on the penultimate 5 mile time trial of the year. On a deceptively warm and humid evening, riders flew to the turn with a favourable tailwind and then pushed for home over the short but punishing distance. Many reported feeling completely empty after the finish line as the muggy heat took its toll.

This coming Wednesday marks an end to the Club season with another 5 mile time trial, starting at the earlier time of 1830.
