SN TT League Round 10 - Results

As the league nears it’s finale, riders continue to get faster and faster with Chris Holmes agonisingly close to breaking the 21minute barrier with a blistering time of 21:09. It was a familiar podium with Dan Blackburn edging out Jacob Chambers with times of 21:32 and 21:48 respectively.

CCB’s Adam Cross posted a time of 23:00, just 5 seconds off his recent best, with Ian Nixon of Cake Gang and Sandy Telfer of NABC not far behind with times of 23:11 and 23:21. Carl Mace, Velouse Flyers, continues a run of good form which has seen his times tumble week on week breaking the 25mph average with a time of 23:36. Tri-Harder’s Jack Foord is edging ever closer to the milestone average, this week just a mere 14seconds over the 24minute mark.

Solid times were posted throughout the rest of the field, with Geoff Frost, Team VeloVelocity, finishing in 25:04 aboard his Road Bike, and the CCB riders Mark Fairhead and Michael Wood finishing in 26:11 and 26:36 respectively.

Just 2 league events remain, followed by the final club 10 which is often run as a 2-Up with the season rounded out with two 5mile events.
